Sounds like the same bunch who were involved in a standoff in Mass. last year:

On July 3, 2021, a standoff occurred between armed members of a militia group called Rise of the Moors and local police officers on Interstate 95 in Wakefield, Massachusetts after a state trooper responding to disabled vehicles allegedly found the group carrying long guns, side-arms and wearing tactical body armor. Police said the group claimed to be traveling from Rhode Island to Maine for “training” on their privately owned land. The standoff lasted several hours and resulted in 11 arrests.
