Ah, well, the alcoholic gulf war vet across the street got his ass arrested again. The way the officer was shouting commands, it sounds like he was acting even stupider than usual. No big noises thankfully. He was probably a boarderline/functional alcoholic before combat and is pretty much a PTSD poster child afterwards. I keep hoping he’ll get help but I doubt it. Really he’s turning into one of those you simply pray doesn’t take any with him when it’s all said and done…
