How many spells per melee round can the Magical Balance Fairy cast

Magical Balance Fairy is a Planar entity that can’t be affected by any weapon, spell, attack, psionics, et al. It is only affected by the proper usage of the Scales of the Lizard, which balance things and show that some are really heavier with stupid and evil than others.

This causes the Magical Balance Fairy to fall right on her tutu.

In other news, I’ve just realized the first place I learned what ‘et al’ meant was from a D&D book.
