The first big problem was that somebody made a deliberate choice that you’d have to create an account and log in before being allowed to shop around. Huge mistake.

ALSO PEOPLE DO NOT NEED FUCKING LASIK SURGERY THE SAME WAY THEY NEED TREATMENT FOR LIFE-THREATENING HEART CONDITIONS AND CANCER.
