Apparently even our community hospitals have stopped radiology of Halloween bags.

People are probably more afraid of radioactive candy than razor blades. That, and try finding double-edged razor blades these days.*

*As it happens, my brother unexpectedly found one in a dresser in my Dad’s old bedroom (he sleeps downstairs now, what with the two fake knees and being 99 and all). Noticed a knob was loose, so he reached his hand in to hold the screw while tightening it, and YEEOWCH!! cut his finger on a blade in a “safety razor”. Probably the blade had been there for decades.
