Does anyone here have any clue about this tax proposal and how it affects sole proprietors? I’m trying to figure out if I would still be able to deduct my business expenses from my gross income to get a net income. I’m also wondering if I’m going to be able to deduct my health insurance premiums which are outrageously high and that I simply cannot afford, but have to have anyway.

Should be asking this question to your senators and your rep - over and over - until you get an answer.
