So this happened this side of the pond. Major explosion in Linköping, central Sweden. 24 injured, explosion happened outside the apartment blocks. The usual suspects stinking up the twitter thread.

Update on the situation as of 1640 local (CET DST):

o Explosion occurred at 0900 local.
o Destruction is extensive, doors, balconies windows destroyed (there are photos where doors and windows — including frames — have been blown in/out).
o At 25 injured, lightly, only 2 remain at the hospital.
o Explosive device was located outside the buildings, on the street.
o Information is emerging that suggests biker gangs (e.g. Bandidos, Hells Angels) are involved.
o Terrorism and accident are less likely as causes for the explosion.
o Swedish Security Service (SÄPO / Säkerhetspolisen) is in the loop.
o Single explosion.
