When we were on the I-80 the other day coming up to Cleveland I punched in the address of the restaurant we wanted to go & SYNC took us off the highway to some secondary Ohio state road, took us about an hour out of the way until we got on the 271. As soon as we parked I checked the nav settings and realized that I never unchecked the box that said “Avoid Toll Roads”

I did that here in the DFW area. Instead of taking GWB, it had us going through neighborhoods and other things.
