While generally true, the Reform movement does allow for patrilineal descent though not recognized by the other (American) branches.

As for being an agnostic Jew, sure, why not? Jews can be atheist as well Humanist, Ethical Culture, etc.

So, Agnostic Jew means, agnostic as a belief and Jew as a decent?
