I dont see what the big deal is. This is not the evidence. It is an explanation of the charges. The evidence will be presented at the trial.

I dont think this prosecutor wanted to give much to the media. Other records have been sealed.

It is certainly evidence - to establish the probable cause. We judge it as it is.
