UpChuck has filed an appeal to the Missouri Supreme Court to have Michael Brown’s juvie records released.

So that’s an admission the he was lying two months ago when he said he’d already done this.

The MO CaseNet docket entry says he didn’t file his appeal with the State Supreme Court until May 6th.
