He asks for “resignations” because he’s too scared of actually facing the people he’s firing. He “fires” them via tweets, via phone calls, or has his henchmen take letters to them, but he never directly meets with those he wants gone. Like so much else about him, the reality of him as a coward is totally at odds with the “reality TV” image his wingnut followers love to worship.
