Prosecutors will negotiate and work through who gets first crack with the stronger case and that will go first. We see this with various crimes committed by someone across jurisdictions. Depends on the specific charges involved too. There could be charges filed simultaneously and prosecutions done simultaneously (with Zoom, this is actually easier than physically transporting between jurisdictions).
