why on earth would they send it to the incinerator? Isn’t an “illegal marijuana grow” just a matter of they didn’t pay their taxes? So why not, I dunno, sell it at the going wholesale rate and the State keeps the money? (or the County. or the City. whoever. I’m not picky.)
