I saw that the vote was 211-205, with two Republicans - presumably Cheney and Kinzinger - joining the Democrats. It’s a fucking cult.

I cannot escape the feeling we are watching the last days of the Republic before things fall apart very, very quickly. The Soviet Union declined for 2 decades before imploding in less than a year. I think about that a lot.
