He hasn’t had time to do much lately other than deal with the floods and their aftermath. He’s not dumb enough to be in Iowa while parts of his state are underwater. Jindal has learned the PR lessons of Katrina, so he won’t get involved in the presidential race until the cleanup is progressing well.
