Not exactly - those sites are restricted to registered users only; you can’t see any pictures unless you’re a member (no pun intended). But yes, the fact that he posted them at all probably means Chuck won’t be prosecuted for it.

Now that I have checked the rest, none of the sites are private. I don’t think a reasonable expectation of privacy exists in this case.
