Hey ABC, “sex with minor” is not what he pleaded guilty to.
Why does the press have such problems with terms like “rape,” “lie,” and “racist?”

Well technically he didn’t plead guilty to rape either. He plead to a lesser charge of injury to a minor. If they said he plead guilty to rape it would have been an incorrect headline. If they said he plead guilty to injury to a minor it may not convey exactly what that injury was. So they split the difference and used a non legal term that described what he did to lead to the plea.
