Feenstra might well be Nazi-lite and as racist (but not openly saying it), but I view him as ultimately being no worse than King.

Therein lay the problem, though.

The Democrats could campaign against King and get at least some nodding agreement from the middle of the road Republicans (if any remain in Iowa.)

Feenstra will be a shiny new toy by which Iowa Republicans can feel cleaner in voting for him than they would King.
