I am mostly talking about these asinie discussion about what constitutes “consent” and/or the withdrawl thereof, which is the core of the case we are discussing in this thread and the basis of what has come to be popularly called “date rape”.

NO always trumps a YES,, ALWAYS,, no matter the order they were stated, no matter the circumstances
