Yes, this is correct, Charles. He still has Miranda rights even though these rights have not been read to him… yet. Joint CIA, FBI, intel special group will fairly quickly question him for intel, then he will be read Miranda.

There is no reason or rational for a military commission to take over. The boy is an American Citizen who did his criminal acts in the US; how is this different than Timothy McVeigh?
