If Brown opened the SUV’s door his fingerprints (at least smudges) would be there.

I mean simple evidence.

Somehow I doubt any of that was done by the fine officers of Ferguson.

If it goes to trial, and if released information from the autopsy is correct, there is no evidence Brown hit him except the officers word.
