Yes. Too high of resolution on the scans…like 8 x 10 scan at 600 dpi.

I’ve had people do all kinds of unexpected weird crap. Like asking them to fill out a Word doc and having them do so, then print it out, scan it, and sent it to me as a mulit-page TIFF. I kid you not. Or sending a client a PDF for proofreading and instead of using the tools in Acrobat (which I know they have), they print the pages with errors/changes, mark them up with red ink, scan them, and send them back as a PDF.
