So last night at the boozer, I’m watching the Packers/Lions game with a wingnut buddy of mine who is wrong about damn near everything. He tells me that Muslims are exempt from “Obamacare,” which is, of course, complete bullshit. He tells this to me with a straight face. A. Straight. Face. I told him to prove it to me, so he googles it, and his “proof” is Politifact giving his “proof” the “Pants On Fire” rating. I then said are you going to admit that your claim is a lie, and that your story is fake news bullshit? He paused and said that I was right, he was wrong, and he should be more careful about things like that in the future, so I bought him a beer.
