Is it possible that the healthcare law is a setup? The house and senate pass terrible bills and Trump gets to be the hero by vetoing? Trump has said the bill is mean and loves to play the hero. In the short term his popularity would go up. Republicans can say they tried and promise to try again. I have a hard time believing that most members of congress want to defend this POS when they are up for reelection.
