Then again, if it wasn’t considered sexual harassment (and there was consent) and the president answered truthfully about it, then there wouldn’t have been the perjury in the first place, and the attempt to cover up the lie (the obstruction).

Clinton was trying to be too clever by half to cover up his affair.

Trump would blurt out that he fucked her, and what are you going to do about it.

As for consent, that’s a tricky question. If she had said no, would there have been consequences? Would she have been fired? Would she have been given the more difficult/menial tasks? I’ve worked a lot of employment law cases, it’s never quite so easy as “we were consenting.”
