I would like to note that a good portion of them didn’t necessarily sit out by choice, considering the voter suppression and overt attempts to kick broad swaths of Dem voters off the rolls in ‘16.

Yep. Turns out that, quelle surprise, they’re not random, nor are they your standard conservatives, they’re a full on activist group in support of Trump. And they’ve been used as a whole for at least 4 different CNN panels, all of them presenting the women as simple random panels of concerned conservative women.
