Qualified Immunity would have to die in a fire first. QI is just a different version of “I was just following orders.”

It has to be ended. If the Democrats gain all three of White House, Senate and House this fall a bill to end it needs to be a high priority. It was invented by the Supreme Court in 1967 and can be ended with legislation.
