Livestock roaming loose on MSF between Ave. Q & University; LPD on scene

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock police are asking the public to avoid the scene as they work to contain some loose livestock on Marsha Sharp Freeway between Avenue Q and University.

The Lubbock County Sheriff has an emergency wrangler team that can be called out for just such emergencies. Unfortunately, many of its best wranglers are Texas Tech students who aren’t around just now.
