I really can’t stress enough: Republican control of the Senate MUST be broken. If Joe wins but the GOP holds the Senate, they’ll just ratfuck him for the next four years like they did Obama.

Question: Can Biden expand the court with legislation or is there some other means to do it?

He doesn’t need legislation. there’s nothing in the constitution limiting justices to 9 members. they operated with 7 members just fine in history. expanding to 11 members would not be a problem, except for senatorial traditionalists.
