I’ve sort of been wondering, the last few days… if Beau Biden doesn’t get sick, does Biden run in 2016? Or do we think he still retires?

I just wonder if it was him vs Clinton in the primary, if he would have won; and then beat Trump in the general? Hell, if it looked like Biden would be the nominee in 2016, would the GOP have actually nominated Trump?

I think if Biden wins the nom in 2016, it’s still a squeaker, but Biden wins the presidency. Maybe.

I think Trump gets the 2016 nom regardless. His opening racism salvo was just too enticing for a shit ton of people pissed off that a Black dude was elected twice. And McConnell went all in, knowing that if Trump wins, he gets to turn the entire judiciary into the conservative shit show it is today.
