The true-believer Berners (as opposed to the Boys from Moscow) genuinely believe that it’s a zero-sum game for them. Either they succeed in winning the presidency with Bernie and his perfect socialist utopia springs forth fully formed or Repubs win and proceed to make America such a fascist hellhole that the voters rise up in “revolution” to install a socialist government.

Why did this not happen last year? Because apparently the “revolution” can only happen within the confines of the Dem Party, which cannot happen unless the rules are rigged in their favor as anytime they actually run a fair race they get their asses whipped.

You mean it’s a “win-win” for them because they believe that either way they will emerge triumphant. I had a FB dispute with someone a year ago but I am beginning to think that he may have been one of the Boys from Moscow. The IRL Bernie fanatics whom I knew were actually all women, who hated Hillary with the same passion as any “red” voter from the reddest counties in this nation.
