Some folk may think the comments about her hair are shallow, but this is one more piece of evidence of the woman’s madness. Anyone who willingly goes around looking like that is obviously deranged on some fundamental level.

You can’t judge a book by its cover, but you can judge an author by his cover art; or something like that. Point is, the surface of things is a hint of the things themselves; the surface is their self-presentation, and her chosen self-presentation is madness itself.

If we start judging people’s insanity by their hairstyle life as we know it would change dramatically.
