I don’t really know but I don’t think so. Pretty sure the next step is arraignment and assuming a not guilty plea then an evidentiary hearing. That’s where the prosecutor has to actually show their cards. I’m also really surprised the lawyer didn’t ask for a bail hearing today.
So that I don’t get this wrong: since the defense has to know all the evidence to decide on the question of the plea, the prosecutors have to give them access to all evidence, right?
