There is no reason or rational for a military commission to take over. The boy is an American Citizen who did his criminal acts in the US; how is this different than Timothy McVeigh?

IIRC, this brother is not a naturalized citizen. Thus, the seething idiots think they have a chance to draw and quarter him.
