Freedom, for them, is about freedom FOR THEM.

Freedom for them, and for people like them to do whatever people like them want to do. If you want to do something they wouldn’t, then you’re asking for ‘special rights’, or your depriving them of their freedom to circumscribe YOUR freedom.

Yeah somehow gay couples enjoying the same rights as they do under the law is discrimination or gay couples wanting special rights. I never get a straight answer when I ask how denying someone the right to marry because of sexuality is any different legally than denying someone the right to deny someone the same because of race. They can argue all they want that gay marriage violates societal norms but people argued the same thing about interracial marriage too.
