The life philosophy of Milo and Cernovich is not social conservatism as such (they’re just using it, IMHO), rather it’s egocentric nihilism.

Do not know much about Cernovich, but Milo also seems to be of a personality type who enjoys getting a rise out of people and then backing off and insisting he was just being “edgy” or “sarcastic”…while secretly enjoying how he upsets people doing it.
