The abstract wording is designed to declare “secular humanism” a religion by contorting a Supreme Court ruling. They then argue in the bill that since the state cannot be entangled in affairs of religion, that the “secular humanist religion” is trying to force its religious views on government.

They’ll change their tune the first time a secular humanist declares themselves tax-exempt.
