But now we know: feeling “the Bern” without Bernie isn’t the same or nearly close. This is probably a disappointing sign for the ranks of BernieWorld-backed candidates elsewhere. Right now Cordray’s margin of victory over Kucinich isn’t even close.

Only about two years late, guys. And has anyone else seen the term BernieWorld before? If the media are so down on him that they start treating him like the Clintons, he’s really screwed.

Bernie I think will struggle in 2020. The college kids that worshiped him in 2016 will be four years older and more mature. Point of reference, my own teenage admiration for Kucinich fading by 2008 when I was 21.
