It is a glass pot and a Cuisinart brand with a tapered gold filter. The “clean” light comes on and won’t go off until I run the clean cycle. I just used straight vinegar, and again with water to flush. I really think it is the coffee I use. I thought about donating it to the local food pantry, but I really didn’t want to inflict that kind of suffering. Maybe to my local church.

I used to buy cheap coffee. Now I get this instead: smile.amazon.com

Boil some water, let stand for a a couple of minutes adn a much better cuppa than 90% of the coffee i used to drink.
