Okay. Offer me another coherent, non-paranoid explanation for why a guy standing out on the street at 1 a.m. gets gunned down by people driving by: they either thought he was somebody they needed to execute, or he WAS somebody they needed to execute.

He wasn’t “standing out on the street”, and he didn’t get gunned down by “people driving by.”

He pulled into his parking space at his apartment, got out of the car, and somebody who’d been in the parking lot waiting for him shot him.
