Mom knew how to doctor up Chef Boyardee Pizza Kits. She’s spread the sauce then would use a mandolin to shred onions and green peppers on top of the sauce and then finish off with pitting thin sliced mozzarella on top of the veggies.

When it came out of the oven, Mom sprinkled oregano on top. Mom said that Chef Boyardee needed to take cooking lessons from Chef MOMardee!

mandolin shredding. I would think the double strings would make that difficult, but I never had the patience for one anyway. I thought they sounded like shitty ukuleles, and ukuleles sound shitty enough to me.
