Some comments from a former artilleryman. Retired Lieutenant General Hertling made the same points.
The entire US armed forces had just shy of 1,000 M777s to start. Now down to around 870. People need to have perspective.

The package includes spare parts, ammo, and other sustainment items. People really have no clue how expensive it is to feed, fuel, and maintain an army, and even more so an army at war. It’s not sexy, but an M777 is worthless without parts and ammo

People need to stop whining about what hasn’t arrived, and understand that Western arms and supplies are flowing into Ukraine 24/7, and there are already real bottlenecks in sustaining the existing war effort. Adding more takes time
