Dog whistle translation:

VIDEO: NEWT GINGRICH TO JUAN WILLIAMS: You’re black, so naturally you expect entitlements, because “we” know that’s how all of “you” think. But Iet me set you straight, boy*—unlike “you people”, (white, “real”) Americans want paychecks, not hand-outs.

*That would be the reference to the “schools” part: adult > child, headmaster > student, superior > inferior.
