I noticed in a thread last night you took a lot of criticism for saying that Sarah Palin was divisive. I think you are correct, but maybe for the wrong reason.

I guess we more or less agree. She may have pulled more votes in for the base then she lost from the left and the middle. The bigger question is can she appeal to the middle and left, because you need some of them to win ?
As to getting the Clinton votes, not sure how many she won. I had a Clinton supporter friend that was ready to vote for Mccain, and she flipped after the Palin pick.
