The vast majority of people are judged by their past. I’m not going to hire a former thief because they say they’ve gone straight. It takes a lot more than being hired by the President to erase their recent past.

But you’re judging them on their past and projecting it onto their present when you say they’re pushing racist policies now. If they’re pushing racist policies currently- give us an example.
