Take what’s going on with the Trump camp right now and leave all of it as it is, but substitute Hillary Clinton for Donald Trump.

Let’s say Hillary wins the EC but loses the popular vote by 2 million+.

The entire intelligence apparatus says there is conclusive evidence Russian intel with direct involvement of Vladimir Putin hacked the RNC and deliberately tried to influence the election in her favor against Trump.

She refuses to hold press conferences and does not attend daily intel briefings.

She stacks her cabinet full of people with direct ties to Putin and Russian oligarchy.

And let’s remember that during the campaign, she could be relied upon to take every self-contradicting, mutually-exclusive position on every issue she ever spoke about, with the sole exception being her attitudes towards Russia in general and Putin specifically, whom she has never criticized even mildly and has always defended.

When the current president enacts sanctions against Russia in response to the election meddling, she says, “ho-hum, time to move on”. She has her official campaign propagandists saying all the exact same shit Trump’s are saying.

If Hillary had done all that, there would be nothing coming from Republicans but a non-stop torrent of howls for investigation upon investigation at bare minimum. It would be a national emergency on the scale of Pearl Harbor as far as they were concerned. Hell, even the mainstream media might notice a little. Maybe.
