The current nazis have at least started on a better look, though they still have a long way to go to meet Heydrich-level standards. They haven’t even begun to match their predecessors in discipline and hardiness, though, and even then the originals lost the war.

The important thing to remember is that the Germans couldn’t have won WWII because they didn’t have enough resources and couldn’t steal enough to cover the shortfall. See “The Wages of Destruction” by Tooze for details. No matter how strong or crazy they were, the Soviet Union and the US were going to steamroller them; the only question was how many would die in the process.

The modern white supremacy movement is actually closer to the Chile or Argentina situations where the authoritarian government uses them to suppress opposition with the force of “law” behind it. The police helping the white supremacists​ is a very bad warning sign. The only long term hope is that the billionaires decide profitably is more important than oppression but the case of Chile under Pinochet puts the lie to that fantasy.
