One thing that does worry me, despite ACW 2.0 being a washout:

If the USA is faced with a major natural and/or man-made disaster that disrupts services and local law enforcement over a large and/or populous area, we are likely to face scenes resembling Somalia with “militias” out in their SUVs “maintaining order” by shooting down everything they see as suspicious, and we know what qualifies for a call to police these days…

And when US National Guard or armed forces are called in to restore order and basic services, it is going to get really ugly in places.

And the Internets will melt down like they never have before.
