at that rate, anybody who owns a house in california and has paid off their mortgage, and has a 401k, is a millionaire

personally i think his real estate is losing money and he’s cash poor and living on loans

it certainly wouldn’t be the first time a “multi millionaire” was in a situation like that

He is the self-proclaimed “King of Debt”, aka, one economic downturn from being bankrupt (again). That is why he is raking in as much cash as he can by being the Prez. He is making a mockery of the emoluments clause:

The Constitution also contains a “domestic emoluments clause” (Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 7), which prohibits the president from receiving any “Emolument” from the federal government or the states beyond “a Compensation” for his “Services” as chief executive.

He is absolutely doing this, and it is an impeachable offense.
